Meet the Owners of CMS Plumbing!

CMS Plumbing was founded by brothers Cory and Jeremy Southerland in 2006; however, the two are no strangers to the industry. Having grown up in a family plumbing business, their father was the reason Cory and Jeremy were able to learn the trade and understand the commitment to higher quality. By the time their father decided to close down the business, the two young men were already fully equipped to stand on their own.

Both Cory and Jeremy continued on separate paths in the plumbing field, but in 2006 they had a conversation that would eventually change their lives. They discussed how plumbing companies today charge too much for sub-par work, and because they were taught to provide only the highest standard in plumbing services, Cory and Jeremy decided to join together to ensure the residents of San Jose have a local plumber of higher quality. The rest, as they say, is history.

CMS Plumbing now has a 4,000 square foot headquarters with 30 employees, 19 vehicles, and a branch in the greater Sacramento area. With Cory and Jeremy still at the helm, our plumbing company continues to be committed to providing the highest quality plumbing services throughout San Jose.
