Meet the Owners of CMS Plumbing!
CMS Plumbing was founded by brothers Cory and Jeremy Southerland in 2006; however, the two are no strangers to the industry. Having grown up in a family plumbing business, their father was the reason Cory and Jeremy were able to learn the trade and understand the value of in-house training. By the time their father decided to close down the business, the two young men were already fully equipped to stand on their own.
Both Cory and Jeremy continued on separate paths in the plumbing field, but in 2006 they had a conversation that would eventually change their lives. They discussed how plumbing companies today charge too much for sub-par work, and because they were taught to provide only the highest standard in plumbing services, Cory and Jeremy decided to join together to ensure the residents of San Jose have a local plumber of higher quality. The rest, as they say, is history.
CMS Plumbing now has a 4,000 square foot headquarters with 30 employees, 19 vehicles, and a branch in the greater Sacramento area. With Cory and Jeremy still at the helm, our plumbing team continues to be committed to providing the highest quality plumbing services throughout San Jose.

On 11-08-19, we were experiencing issues with our two toilets. I called CMS and they said a plumber would come out between 2-3 pm. A young man named Sam showed up at approximately 2:20 pm, and I explained the issues. He put on surgical booties before entering our home and both jobs were complete in about 20 mins! He was extremely professional, left no mess and was done fast! I wish all service appointments went like this, thanks CMS!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service from beginning to end: receptionist was helpful and friendly; scheduling was prompt. I was expecting to have to replace the whole toilet system as it's 'old' and not flushing reliably. Rommel persuaded me my old WC is actually of higher quality than modern low-capacity models. So he saved me a bunch of money. All that was needed was cleaning out the calcium deposit that's been building up. After he finished and I said I'd like him to come back to deal with another issue he offered to look into it - a blocked shower head - there and then because "there's still 20 minutes on the clock so let's save you another call out!" And yes, he replaced a blocked pipe in 20 minutes. We had stopped using that shower because another plumber two years ago told us the whole thing had to be replaced and that involved cutting away sheet rock etc. So thank you Rommel and CMS plumbing, for being so honest and professional.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
