    Excellent service from beginning to end: receptionist was helpful and friendly; scheduling was prompt. I was expecting to have to replace the whole toilet system as it's 'old' and not flushing reliably. Rommel persuaded me my old WC is actually of higher quality than modern low-capacity models. So he saved me a bunch of money. All that was needed was cleaning out the calcium deposit that's been building up. After he finished and I said I'd like him to come back to deal with another issue he offered to look into it - a blocked shower head - there and then because "there's still 20 minutes on the clock so let's save you another call out!" And yes, he replaced a blocked pipe in 20 minutes. We had stopped using that shower because another plumber two years ago told us the whole thing had to be replaced and that involved cutting away sheet rock etc. So thank you Rommel and CMS plumbing, for being so honest and professional.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The work they performed and how they laid out the new copper is just stunning. Their craftsmanship is top notch bar none. The city inspector showed up today and could only find one small thing to correct, He wanted an insulation sleeve on one of the pipes. Two minutes later it was a done deal.     I called CMS Plumbing this morning because I had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom that was leaking through a light in the celing of my living room. They were very responsive and sent two people for my job that morning. The plumbers were Omar and Louie. I so appreciated that they thoughtfully diagnosed the problem and with minimum repair work to my ceiling they cut out the sheet rock, identified where the problem was and promptly repaired the pipe.     “CMS was highly recommended by my wife's patient. I checked out their website and got the feeling that these were 'good guys'. And that's exactly what they turned out to be. I had them come for two different jobs in April and May. First job was to replace kitchen faucet, replace two bathroom sinks and faucets, and replace shower/tub trim kit. It took all day but it was a lot of work for one guy (Perry) to do. He was courteous, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. Second job was to fix an issue with the hot water pressure in my shower stall. Mark came out and couldn't get to the shower valve to figure out what was going on. He was being extra careful not to break anything, so I appreciate that he didn't force it. So they didn't charge me for the visit, and scheduled the owner and their top technician to come out later in the week. Was impressed that the owner actually came out with their top guy and fixed the problem. They were in and out of my place within 45 minutes. Excellent service, and you can't beat the price On top of all that, they have probably one of the lowest hourly rates out there. Highly recommend”
