"Timelines were met, and the quality of the work has been superb." CMS Plumbing has been taking care of all our plumbing needs for the past 1 ½ years. The company (with Jeremiah as my Service Technician) has provided exceptionally fine service and precision plumbing installation. Timelines were met, and the quality of the work has been superb. Jeremiah recommended a Comfort Pump (that pumps water to our shower for quick Hot water access) for our water heater; and this quick install has saved us countless gallons of water and money. (well done) I have no hesitation in recommending CMS Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. - Chris P.

"So thank you Rommel and CMS plumbing, for being so honest and professional." Excellent service from beginning to end: receptionist was helpful and friendly; scheduling was prompt. I was expecting to have to replace the whole toilet system as it's 'old' and not flushing reliably. Rommel persuaded me my old WC is actually of higher quality than modern low-capacity models. So he saved me a bunch of money. All that was needed was cleaning out the calcium deposit that's been building up. After he finished and I said I'd like him to come back to deal with another issue he offered to look into it - a blocked shower head - there and then because "there's still 20 minutes on the clock so let's save you another call out!" And yes, he replaced a blocked pipe in 20 minutes. We had stopped using that shower because another plumber two years ago told us the whole thing had to be replaced and that involved cutting away sheet rock etc. So thank you Rommel and CMS plumbing, for being so honest and professional.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Yin L.

"He had to go pick up the part and came back immediately. Very professional service and responsive." CMS worked with us to find a time for someone to come fix our toilet on a holiday weekend after our 3 year old flushed a family size box of q tips. Sam removed the blockage quickly and offered to repair a part on the toilet that wasn't working well any more. He had to go pick up the part and came back immediately. Very professional service and responsive. Would use CMS again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - John C.

"The fairness of the estimate, Sam's professionalism, his knowledge & diligence, skills & communication, as well as the quality of parts used will all have me as a repeat customer should the need arise again." CMS Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. From my first phone contact professional and accommodating, the office called me to inform me of a cancellation and would I want them to come out that day or keep my original appointment for the following day. CMS Plumber Sam arrived and after a brief introduction asked focused questions and crawled under the house to assess and diagnose the problem. I have a house that was built 80 years ago so the issues are sometimes complicated. Sam fully explained what needed to be done with a bathtub drain, gave me an estimate and promptly got to it, working diligently. The fairness of the estimate, Sam's professionalism, his knowledge & diligence, skills & communication, as well as the quality of parts used will all have me as a repeat customer should the need arise again. I highly recommend CMS Plumbing.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Patricia S.
