Honestly, these guys are nothing short of amazing! Being in the property management business for what seems like a lifetime, we really depend on our vendors. Plumbing is our number one nemesis. I have recently (last 6 months or so) started using this company and have given them maybe 25-30 jobs, big and small. They have yet to fail me! They answer the phone, they schedule, they show up, they are timely, they repair or replace, they are polite and professional, and they communicate! Originally I thought they were pricey, however they get the job done in half the time (which cuts cost), and do it right!! Bottom line...I am a fan and would recommend them to anyone!! Scotty was great. Great attitude. Very respectful and professional. Wore boot covers to keep carpet clean and put down tarp to further keep area clean. They took our frustrating situation and made it good in very little time. He even had to crawl under the house( not much room under there) to preform the repair and still did it with enthusiasm and expertise. You could tell he knew what he was doing. The did a complete repipe for me. The work they performed and how they laid out the new copper is just stunning. Their craftsmanship is top notch bar none.
The city inspector showed up today and could only find one small thing to correct, He wanted an insulation sleeve on one of the pipes. 2 min later it was a done deal.
