"Awesome job"We recently had an out of hours plumbing issue tended to by CMS Plumbing. The operator taking our call was able to help us define the issue and connect us with Chris. He did an awesome job fixing our pinhole leak.- Sally Clark

"Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend CMS."
Had a water line break at my home last week - CMS was recommended to me by another plumbing contracter - from the initial assessment to the completion of work - Sam & Omar did a fantastic repair job. Spot on w/ the assessment, work estimate, coordination to schedule the work & timely repair (if you've ever been w/o water you understand how key that was) - couldn't be happier! Highly recommend CMS.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Thank you so much for the excellent work, clever trouble-shooting ideas and positive spirit."
To the entire crew that’s been coming to 22595 Old Santa Cruz since Dec. 6 2019, when the pipe broke: Thank you so much for the excellent work, clever trouble-shooting ideas and positive spirit. How I wish the others helping to get the house “back to normal” were as dependable as all the CMS people. You’re the best!! And Jeremy is the SUPER BEST of the best!!

"So thank you Rommel and CMS plumbing, for being so honest and professional."
Excellent service from beginning to end: receptionist was helpful and friendly; scheduling was prompt. I was expecting to have to replace the whole toilet system as it's 'old' and not flushing reliably. Rommel persuaded me my old WC is actually of higher quality than modern low-capacity models. So he saved me a bunch of money. All that was needed was cleaning out the calcium deposit that's been building up. After he finished and I said I'd like him to come back to deal with another issue he offered to look into it - a blocked shower head - there and then because "there's still 20 minutes on the clock so let's save you another call out!" And yes, he replaced a blocked pipe in 20 minutes. We had stopped using that shower because another plumber two years ago told us the whole thing had to be replaced and that involved cutting away sheet rock etc. So thank you Rommel and CMS plumbing, for being so honest and professional.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
